The 2008 Annual Meeting will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2008, starting at 8:00 pm at the Holliday Inn College Park, 10000 Baltimore Avenue (Route 1 North), College Park, MD 20740 (301-345-6700).  There will be a state of the Region address from the RE, a presentation of the financial results by the Treasurer and a question and answer session with the Board of Directors.  This is your opportunity to address the Board and provide your opinions as to how we can make the DC Region not only the best region in SCCA but even better.  All members are encouraged to attend.  Light refreshments will be served, no alcololic drinks are permitted in the meeting.

The election for the Board of Directors will open for voting on September 14, 2008.  Ballots will be posted to the website on that day.  Election results will be announced at the 2008 Annual Meeting which will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, at the Holiday Inn, College Park, MD.

The WDCR is seeking a Region member to solicit sponsorship for our events. This is a great opportunity to connect with local and regional automotive/racing related retailers. Region provides the framework for sponsorship levels in each venue. Sponsorship Promoter receives 10% of all new sponsorship revenues collected.
